Shipping policy
We offer free postage within the UK on all our products unless stated otherwise.
We use couriers or shipping services of Royal Mail.
Additional charges are determined by location and weight. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries with regards to shipping charges before your make the final purchase.
Dispatch Times – Orders (fully paid) received before 08:00 hours (Mon – Fri only) are dispatched on the same day*.
Once an order is dispatched customer would receive confirmation email^ with dispatch/tracking details (subject to shipping service used).
All the goods are shipped from our UK warehouse. Standard free deliveries take 2-5 working days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery in case of postal delays or any unforeseen calamities.
Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary particularly during peak periods like Christmas.
We advise you to keep the packaging when the couriers deliver the item to you should you wish to return the item for whatever reason.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR GOODS UPON DELIVERY. IF YOU SUSPECT ANY DAMAGE HAS OCCURED TO YOUR ITEM OR IF THE PACKAGING LOOKS DAMAGED, THEN PLEASE SIGN THE DELIVERY NOTE AS "GOODS DAMAGED" OR REJECT THE DELIVERY.”
Delivery Information
We ship out orders on the next working day and all our items are sent on a 2-3 day delivery service. The type of service we use depends on the item ordered. If you have a query about how long delivery on a particular item is, please contact us via email.
Once your item is shipped out, you will receive a notification email.
If you would like to change the delivery address, please email or call us immediately after placing the order. Please note that once your item has been shipped, we are unable to alter the address and will not be responsible for a failed delivery.
Please check the order immediately once received. If there is any problem with the order (damaged goods, incorrect items, missing items) please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. We always aim to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
We understand that a timely and efficient delivery is important to the receiver. If something goes wrong, and it sometimes does due to unforeseen circumstances, fixing it becomes our main priority.
Currently, we can only deliver small items to BFPO addresses. Please contact us to find out if your item can be delivered to BFPO addresses.
All our deliveries occur between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. between Monday-Friday. Please choose an address where someone is available during the times stated to sign for the signature.
